At ONA, all wallpapers are produced on demand. This means that your wallpaper is printed specifically for you once your order has been confirmed.

Production and Delivery Time

Estimated timeframe:
Orders are typically completed and delivered within 10–14 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. This timeframe includes both the printing process and delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Please note that business days do not include weekends or UAE public holidays.

During busy periods or seasonal demand, delivery times may be slightly extended due to courier or logistics delays.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This message confirms that your order has been successfully received and scheduled for production.

Shipping Within the UAE

Currently, ONA ships within the UAE.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before your order is finalized.

Shipping Worldwide

Currently, ONA ships worldwide.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the courier’s system after the package has been dispatched.

  • Complete delivery address

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, however changes may not be possible once the printing or shipping process has started.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within 14 business days from the order confirmation date, please contact us so we can assist you.
