Returns & Refund Policy

Because all ONA wallpapers are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been ordered. Each wallpaper is printed specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

However, exceptions may apply if the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing or printing defect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or you notice a printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

This information helps us review the situation quickly. Each case is assessed individually, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is authorized after review, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
